‘Disco Beans’, the new kid on the block made for a colourful Sunday morning treat. The bestie insisted in coming to Uni with me today and so we stopped by for a bite before a gruelling day ahead in the lab.
He had the Disco Bonanza- Pan fried marinated organic tofu with baked mushrooms, fried onion, roasted potatoes, rocket and homemade tomato sauce served on two slices of organic 7 grain toast…
And I, the Okonomiyaki- Japanese potato pancake made with gluten free grains, green onion, ginger and vegetable topped with homemade vegan mayonnaise and sweet okonomiyaski sauce with salad.
